Hey, love.

I'm Charlene Birky.

You don't have to have it all figured out to begin becoming who you were created to be.

For many, many years, I was convinced that being a good wife, mom, teacher, and human meant always being there for everyone else. I got really good at filling roles. So good, in fact, that somewhere along the way, I lost track of me.

I noticed it right before I turned 50. All three of my children had left home. My husband and I were bickering more than we were talking. I had changed teaching jobs once again, gotten my real estate license, and was volunteering with the local historical society. I had filled my calendar with one thing after another. I was busy. I was accomplishing things. I was helping people. But I wasn't really living.

One afternoon, sitting at my kitchen table, I finally broke. I realized I was barely surviving when what I really wanted was to thrive. I didn't know who I was anymore. I could not have said what I wanted. It definitely was not what the next chapter of my life was supposed to look like, and the realization left me questioning many things and deciding to make some changes.

I chose to begin the work of remembering who I was, discovering what I wanted, and intentionally crafting a life that felt like mine. Working through that process helped me discover something else: I wanted to be the coach for others that I had needed.

Today, I help women who are also at a crossroads navigate the transitions that can leave them wondering Who am I now?, What do I want?, and How do I fully enjoy this life I've been given? Whether you're facing an empty nest, a career change, or a relationship transition, you don't have to figure it all out alone. I will journey along with you, not as if I've already arrived, but as a caring, knowledgeable companion who understands what it feels like to be in the middle of becoming.

As a teacher - in some capacity or another - for most of my life, I bring a love of learning, curiosity, and engaging tools to the coaching process. Together, we will uncover your strengths, values, personality, interests, and desires. Then, you will create a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and joyful.

The next chapter isn't the end of your story. It's an invitation to become and to thrive.
