I offer free group Workshops to provide frameworks for discovery in an engaging space with takeaways and skills that can be used immediately to begin crafting your next chapter.

I offer a free 3-day Jumpstart where I work with you 1-on-1 for three days in short sessions to determine if and how we can work together, giving value as you determine your next steps on the journey.

I offer a group cohort, The Craft of Flourishing, which is a 12-week program for women who want to know who they are, what they want, and to craft a life that fits them. We remember, discover, and create through engaging content, group sessions, and accountability.

I also offer private 1-on-1 coaching for the 12 week program if the cohort does not suit. The online video sessions would be scheduled to suit you with a custom plan for your next chapter and individualized support between sessions.
